Cantarella has finally made her debut in Wuthering Waves, and I’ve been testing her out extensively. She brings a unique blend of off-field damage and team buffs that can significantly enhance your main DPS. But unleashing her full potential requires quite a collection of ascension and skill-up materials. So, how do you gather all of them efficiently in 2026? I’ve broken down every item you need and the best farming routes based on my own grinding sessions.

Before we jump into the farming locations, let’s list what you’re going to need. Trust me, having a clear checklist makes the process far less overwhelming.

🔹 Cantarella Ascension Materials (Level 1–90)

  • LF Polygon Core ×4

  • MF Polygon Core ×12

  • HF Polygon Core ×12

  • FF Polygon Core ×4

  • Seaside Cendrelis ×60

  • Cleansing Conch ×46

🔹 Cantarella Skill Level-Up Materials (Total for all skills)

  • LF Polygon Core ×25

  • MF Polygon Core ×28

  • HF Polygon Core ×40

  • FF Polygon Core ×57

  • Lento Helix ×25

  • Adagio Helix ×28

  • Andante Helix ×55

  • Presto Helix ×67

  • When Irises Bloom ×26

Now, where exactly do you get all these? Let’s start with the most abundant (and yet most time-consuming) drop: Polygon Cores.

Farming Polygon Cores – The Tacet Discord Route

Polygon Cores come in four rarities, and they are your bread and butter for both ascension and skills. I found that the fastest way is to hunt specific Tacet Discords across the map. Here’s the full list of enemies that drop them:

  • Autopuppet Scout

  • Carapace

  • Fission Junrock

  • Fusion Prism

  • Glacio Prism

  • Havoc Prism

  • Lottie Lost

  • Lumiscale Construct

  • Spectro Prism

  • Stonewall Bracer

  • Traffic Illuminator

  • Vanguard Junrock

If you’re tired of chasing individual spawns (and I certainly was after my third run), there’s a smarter alternative: any Forgery Challenge in Rinascita rewards Polygon Cores as bonus drops. This dual-purpose farming lets you collect Helix materials at the same time – more on that in a moment.

Helix Materials – Forgery Challenge is Your Best Friend

To upgrade Cantarella’s skills, you’ll need the entire Helix family: Lento, Adagio, Andante, and Presto. These can be farmed in the Abyss of Initiation and Misty Forest Forgery Challenges. I recommend focusing on the highest difficulty you can clear comfortably – it gives higher rarity Helixes and saves you synthesis effort. And don’t forget, you can use the Synthesis menu to combine lower-rarity Helixes into higher ones. That certainly rescued me when I was short on Presto Helix after a few unlucky runs. Why spend extra waveplates when you can craft, right?

Cleansing Conch – Defeating the Queen of the Night

This boss material drops exclusively from Lorelei, the Queen of the Night, located in Rinascita. The fight itself is not too punishing once you understand her attack patterns, but plan for multiple runs because you need a whopping 46 Cleansing Conches to fully ascend Cantarella. I suggest tackling this boss in co-op if you’re undergeared; it speeds up your farming considerably.

When Irises Bloom – Weekly Boss Showdown

This is the gatekeeper for maxing out skills. When Irises Bloom comes from the weekly boss Fleurdelys, also in Rinascita. Since you can only claim loot from weekly bosses a limited number of times, start early. Even if you haven’t pulled Cantarella yet, collecting these drops in advance is a smart move. With 26 required, you’ll need several weeks unless you get exceptionally lucky. Are you really going to wait until the last minute and delay her full potential? I didn’t think so.

Seaside Cendrelis – A Local Specialty Scavenger Hunt

The last puzzle piece is Seaside Cendrelis, a new local specialty that only grows in specific coastal areas of Rinascita. In my exploration, I found the largest clusters along the shores near Averardo Bank and the sunken ruins north of the main city. They glow faintly at night, making night-time farming much easier. You’ll need 60 of them, so equip your echo that detects local specialties and plan a route. Revisit every couple of days because these plants respawn on a standard 48-hour timer.

My Farming Strategy (And Little Tricks)

After doing this whole grind for my own Cantarella, I can share a few tips:

  • Stack your challenges: Do Forgery Challenges that drop both Polygon Cores and Helixes simultaneously. Rinascita’s domains are perfect for this.

  • Synthesis matters: Whenever you have excess low-rarity Helixes or Cores, convert them. It cuts your required runs by a noticeable margin.

  • Co-op bosses: Don’t struggle alone against Lorelei or Fleurdelys. Use the co-op system to clear faster.

  • Local specialty route: Mark the Seaside Cendrelis locations on your map, and if possible, join a friend’s world to collect theirs too. Double the gathering speed!

Is it a lot of work? Absolutely. But seeing Cantarella deal those massive off-field hits while boosting your main carry is incredibly satisfying. Now that you have this roadmap, the only thing standing between you and a fully built Cantarella is a little bit of grind. Good luck, Rover!
